We are very fortunate to be surrounded by some of New Zealand’s most iconic wineries, cellar doors and restaurants. Pegasus Bay, Greystone and The Bone Line, Waipara Springs, Torlesse, George’s Road and Terrace Edge are all a short drive from Kumiko’s.
Pegasus Bay
Pegasus Bay is proud to be entirely family-owned. Planted in 1985 the Pegasus Bay vineyard is largely un-grafted producing ultra-low yields of grapes per vine with loose bunches and small berries.
Greystone
In 2000, the Thomas Family set up Greystone on an old sheep farm in Waipara’s Omihi Hills using regenerative viticulture and organic winegrowing practices ensure they work in harmony with the land.
The Bone Line
The Boneline site was purchased in 1989 by The Tutton Sienko & Hill family partnership, priding themselves in practicing progressive wine making techniques partnered with history and experience.

Torlesse
